The Bank of Yan hereby announces the commencement of operations of the Foreign Exchange Bureau. The Bureau publishes the YAN Reference Rate, which is derived mechanically from the primary HYPE/¥AN market and external reference data.
The Bank does not set the rate. There is no central banker. There is only settlement.
