Transition of national settlement from YEN to YAN

An Act to terminate the manufacture of physical currency and to establish the YAN network as the settlement layer of the yen's successor.

  1. Article 1 — Physical currency production is terminated. Series F is the final series.
  2. Article 2 — YAN has no banknotes. No new notes will be printed.
  3. Article 3 — The YAN Reference Rate is derived mechanically. The Bank of Yan does not set the rate.
  4. Article 4 — Settlement occurs on HyperEVM. Money is no longer manufactured. It is settled.
